Zack Polanski: Reform Want To Protect The 1%

    03/03/2026 | 41 min
Green party polls and membership are at an all time high, and there is one name at the centre of it all: THE Zack Polanski!! In just six months, he and his team have tripled its membership to nearly 200,000 - and it’s growing rapidly.

At a time of climate collapse, abuses of power (recently exposed in the Epstein files) and multiple genocides, he represents something rare…hope.

Openly gay, socialist and unapologetically vocal about minority rights, he’s also comfortable admitting when he’s wrong, which feels pretty radical in today's world.

I put on my “I <3 Zack” t-shirt to talk about what it really means to make politics accessible, why we shouldn’t vote Reform, and his questionable acting stint in America…

If you want to buy the t-shirt and support the greens I’ve attached the link here: https://katharinehamnett.teemill.com/product/i-heart-zack-white-t-shirt/

Olly Alexander: I Was Destroying My Body

    24/02/2026 | 39 min
This week’s guest is the incredible singer, actor, activist and all round icon Olly Alexander. He’s genuinely one of the most talented people I’ve EVER met…from the huge success of his band Years & Years, to his unforgettable performance in ‘It’s A Sin’, to representing the UK at Eurovision, I’m in complete awe of him!

We spoke about the madness of sudden fame, his ‘reformed party girl’ status, and the grief of losing his incredible Gran. We also get into the importance of standing up for your trans friends, especially at a time when anti-trans rhetoric feels louder than ever.

It was such an honest, funny and moving chat and he’s welcome back any time (even though I’m still fuming that he has a Madame Tussauds waxwork and I don’t).

You can see Olly alongside loads of amazing artists at Trans Mission on 11th March at Wembley Arena! Get tickets here.

Thanks again to my new roommate Jonny Woo (@jonnywoouk) for joining us to share his LGBTQ+ partying history lesson. You can find more about his bar, The Divine, here.

Please note, this episode contains discussions of drug use.

Philippa Perry: Bad Relationships Made Me Dislike Myself

    17/02/2026 | 33 min
Whenever I’m at a party, I always gravitate towards Philippa Perry. Not only is she a brilliant author, artist, and psychotherapist, but she is also my favourite person to chat with, and one of the wisest people I’ve ever met.

We spoke about our mutual love for gossip (yes - therapists gossip too), the ‘blandification’ of culture, and why she’s no longer scared of dying. My amazing friend Airy (@airysomething) also popped in, and together we psychoanalysed some inanimate objects around my house (brought to life with some giant googly eyes!).

You have to read Philippa’s new book, Shrink Solves Murder, which is released on 7th May and available for pre-order now.

Oh, and don’t forget: I’m hosting a watch party for the concert film of The Glorification of Sadness & Greatest Hits on 22nd February! You can get tickets HERE.

Kojey Radical: Losing My Friend To Kn*fe Crime Stopped Me Quitting Music

    03/02/2026 | 39 min
My guest today is a fellow Hackney born and bred musician, who I’ve known since he was a kid…Kojey Radical!! He’s an incredible artist, creative director and poet, and has been nominated for MOBOs, Brits AND shortlisted for the Mercury Prize.

We speak about what it’s like to blow up as a musician and trying not to let it get to your head, as well as what he gets up to when he’s left home alone…

Kojey also talks about losing one of his closest friends to knife crime and the impact that had on him and his music.

The Wickers Charity is a great organisation working to reduce knife crime and provide opportunities for young people in East London. If you want to support them, you can donate here: https://wickers.org.uk/donate/.

Acerca de Mad, Sad and Bad with Paloma Faith

Paloma Faith has had plenty of moments in her life when she's felt mad, sad or bad - or been told that's what she's being. But do these words mean the same for everyone?
