The Logic And Homily Of Jesus – Sacramental Illumination Breathing.

    06/08/2026 | 5 min
Like Our Lord Jesus, We Are Physically Encased Energy Fields.

Jesus – Sacramental Breathing is The Continuation And More Mentally Visual Prayer Than Our  Jesus - Devotional Breathing Prayer.

We Are Still Basically Saying Grace As We Breathe But Now Exploring The Affects Jesus’ Breath Of Life Has On Our Bodies.

We Start From Our Devotional Breathing,
    Cultivating Our Muscle Memory.
So That When Every We Say Or Think The Word, Jesus
    We Inhale,
On Diaphragm Then Lower Our Diaphragm,
Pause Resting On Our Lowered Diaphragm,
And Then On The Word, Christ Exhale.

Where Sacramental Breathing Continues Is In Our Mental Visualizing.

As We Inhale, Visualize  the Different Lobes Of Our Brains Illuminating With The Increased Oxygen That Invigorates Our Brains And Bodies.

    07 26 26 Our Jesus - Devotional Breathing Rosary

    27/07/2026 | 10 min
Brothers And Sisters Of Jesus, Our Sunday Rosary Of Devotional Diaphragm Breathing, Cultivating Our 6th Sense, Our Sense Of Sacredness.

Our Sunday’s Jesus Diaphragm Breathing Rosary Is About Setting Up This Pattern For Our Diaphragm Breathing, Cultivating Our Muscle And Synapses Memory.

Our Basics, Whenever We Say Or Think, Meditatively, The Word, Jesus, We Will Inhale.

When We Say, Diaphragm, Lower Our Diaphragms, Again That’s Expanding Our Upper Stomachs.

A Slight Pause, Rest On Our Lowered Diaphragms, Hold Our Breaths, Comfortably. Feeling “The Glory Of God” Is Us.

When We Say The Word, Christ, We Will Savor Our Exhales.

Acerca de Catholic Meditation with James
I Highly Recommend Not Listening To One Of Our Podcasts While Driving, These Are Internal Visualization Exercises, Exercises For The Synapses Of Our Neuron Cells.Catholic Meditation Is Divine Directional Meditation Based On The Frequency Of The Divine Consciousness Of Jesus. Rather Than Impersonal Mindful Meditation That Views The Physical Body As An Obstacle To Divine Consciousness, Catholic Meditation Views The Physical Body As Our Vehicle For Divine Consciousness. We Take Jesus As The Incarnation Of "The Glory Of Yahweh", Who Demonstrated Physical Through His Photon Explosion During His Physical Body's Glorification And Resurrection, That Our Body, Our Consciousness is Based On Divine Frequency. The Frequency Of Our Consciousness Is Based On Our Sense Of Sacredness. You Cannot Be In Life Without Eating And Drinking, That is The Reasoning Behind The Lord's Sacrifice. In The Short Run, This Is An Subtle Exercise Psalm For The Illumination And Exercise, Of The Synapes Of The Neuron Cells Of The Lobes Of Our Brains. In The Long Run, This Is For Exercising The Frequency Of Our Brain Waves, The Cultivation Of Our Sixth Sense, Our Sense Of Sacredness. This Asset Is Available To Those Of Us Who Participate In Our Lord, Jesus' Sacrifice, And Take For Granted Our Bodies Have Been Designed And Sign By Our Father To Be His Living Tabernacles. You Cannot Separate Meditation From The Tabernacle, The Way Of Sacred.Let Us Take Time To Breathe With Our Lord and The Rest Of His Family, Increase Our Oxigen, Become Invigorated, And Exercise Our Neuron Cells.Enjoy James
