    04 01 26 Wednesday’s Sacramental Illumination Rosary,

    02/04/2026 | 14 min
    Brothers And Sisters Of Jesus
    “The Glory Of Yahweh”
    Our Lord Jesus,
Physically Incarnated Out Of The Pages Of The Torah,
    Having Designed, Cultivate, And Realized
    Our Physical Bodies.

During This Season Of Our Year,
    We Recognize That Our God,
    Jesus,
    Is The Monotheist,
    Is Fulfilling 3 Divine Personal Roles In Our Creation;
Our Father, The Paraclete Or Rather The Groom, And The Son.

    “The Glory Of Yahweh”
Has Cultivated Our Tribe Of Abraham
Revealing Himself As A Self Sacrificing God
For The Procreation Of His Family.

When We Participate In The Mass
We Are Participating In Jesus’ Sacrifice,
    His Covenant Meal.

When Jesus States “Someone Touched Me.”
    He Was Demonstrating That
    Men Like Himself
    Are Encased Divine Energy Currents.

The Frequency Of Our Divine Current
Is Based On Our Sense Of Sacredness.

    In This Prayerful Meditation,
We Are Going To Take A Look,
    At Our Physical Body.

    An Internal View,

    Our Brains,
Use Between 12 to 25 Watts Of Electricity
    Powering Approximately 86 Billion Neurons.
We Will Be Using Our Mental Powers
Of Visualization To Illuminate The Lobes Of Our Brains
    From Inside Our Brains.

03 29 26 Our Sunday Rosary of Devotional Breathing

    30/03/2026 | 11 min
Our Sunday Rosary Of Devotional Diaphragm Breathing,
Cultivating Our 6th Sense, Our Sense Of Sacredness.

    On Sundays We Are Concerned
    With Mentally Entering Deeply
Into Our Body, Creating A Pattern,
A Devotional Muscle And Synapsis Memory,
Of Saying Grace As We Breathe.

God Has Designed, Cultivate, And Realized
The Physical Bodies Of His Family,
As A Devotional Stream Of Consciousness.

As We Progress Into Divine Frequency
    And Start Realizing Physical Immortality,
Our Perception Of The Current Of Time Will Slow
And Our Perception Of The Intensity
Of The Beauty Of Material Space Will Increase.

God Has Designed Us For Physical Immortality
    In His Eternal Beautiful Gensis.

    After Our Sunday Communion,
With “The Glory Of Yahweh” In Us,
From Jesus’ The Eucharist And The Chalice,
    Let Us Empty Ourselves And
    Give Grace Breathing.

Our Diaphragm Is Dome Shape Muscle
Separating Our Lungs From Our Abdomens.

When Doing Our Devotional Diaphragm Breathing,
We Will Expand Our Upper Stomachs
That Contracts And Flattens Our Diaphragms,
Drawing More Air Into Our Lungs.
Increasing The Oxygen In Our Blood.

    On Our Exhale,
     Our Diaphragms Will Relax Back
    Into Their Dome Shape.
    Relaxing Us.

    Our Devotional Diaphragm Prayer Will
    Pace Our Inhaling And Exhaling.

Again Our Sunday’s Devotional Diaphragm Breathing Rosary
Is About Setting Up A Pattern For Our Diaphragm Breathing,
Cultivating Our Muscle And Synapses Memory.

    03 25 26 Wednesday’s Sacramental Illumination Rosary,

    26/03/2026 | 13 min
    Brothers And Sisters Of Jesus
    “The Glory Of Yahweh”
    Defines Himself Through The Torah.

Now Days Everyone Takes For Granted
The Birth Of The Son Of Man
    Through A Woman.

    But It Seems To Me
    Mankind Has Forgotten
That No One Comes Into Life
    Unless Their Life-Force Comes
Through The Loins Of A Man.

Out Of Pages Of The Torah
    Does “The Glory Of Yahweh”
    Physically Incarnate.

    In Gensis
    “The Glory Of Yahweh”
    Defines Himself,
    As The Source Of Life,
The Divine Source Of The Y-Chromosome
    For Adam.

    Look At What Yahweh
    Is Teaching Us,
    When His Divine Glory
Physically Incarnates Into His Own Creation,
Then Sacrificing Himself For The Procreation Of His Family.

    The Last Supper
    Is A Covenant Meal,
    God’s Marriage Covenant Meal.
    Fore Shadowed In The Torah.

    When Jesus Offers
The Wine At The End Of The Covenant Meal
Every Jewish Man In The Room.
    Knew Jesus Was Standing As
    The Father Of The Bride.

I Had A Surgery, My 7th In Little Over a Year.

    One Thing I Have Learned
Is That God Has a Sense Of Humor,
    I Just Pray, I Don’t Loose Mine.

Our Sunday Rosary Of Devotional Diaphragm Breathing,
Cultivating Our 6th Sense, Our Sense Of Sacredness.

On Sundays We Are Concerned With Creating A Pattern,
A Devotional Muscle And Synapsis Memory,
Of Saying Grace As We Breathe.

We Live In A Current, A Stream Of Consciousness.
The Current Of Time Travelling Through Material Space.

    Jesus And His Family,
Is A Devotional Stream Of Consciousness,
As We Progress Into Divine Frequency.
Eventually Our Perception Of The Current Of Time Will Slow
And Our Perception Of The Intensity
Of The Beauty Of Material Space Will Increase.

God Has Designed Us For Physical Immortality.

Let’s Take Time To Look Internally
    At These Physical Bodies,
    Our Father,

    Our Lord, Jesus.

    03 18 26 Wednesday’s Sacramental Illumination Rosary,

    19/03/2026 | 18 min
    Brothers And Sisters Of Jesus
I Apologize For Missing A Couple Of Weeks
I Had A Surgery, My 7th In Little Over a Year.

    One Thing I Have Learned
    Is That God
    Has a Sense Of Humor,
    I Just Pray I Don’t Loose Mine.

    To Reiterate
We Are Basically Saying Grace As We Breathe.
Just As We Say Grace Before Meals
    And Sometimes After.

    God Is In Motion,
    The Divine Current Of Consciousness.

    In The Old Testament
    When Yahweh Manifested Himself
    His Focalized Divine Consciousness
Was Called “The Glory Of Yahweh”.

    When “The Glory Of Yahweh”
    Asked Our Virgin Mary
    For Her DNA, Her X-Chromosome.
    God Entered His Creation
    From Within His Creation.

When Philip said, “Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us.”
    Jesus answered:
“I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me”

    Jesus Is The Union
    Of God And His Creation.

    That Is Why Our Meditation
    Is On And Within
    Our Physical Bodies.

    Yahweh Has Signed
    Our Physical Bodies With
    His Physical Incarnation.

    Let Us Give Grace
    As We Breathe
Feeling The Affect The Breath Of Life
    Has On Our Bodies,
    God’s Living Tabernacles.

     In This Psalm,
We Will Setting Up A Pattern In Our Breathing
To Create A Muscle And Synapses Memory.

    Basically, Visualizing The Affect
    The Breath Of Life
Has On Our Minds And Bodies.

Acerca de Catholic Meditation with James

I Highly Recommend Not Listening To One Of Our Podcasts While Driving, These Are Internal Visualization Exercises, Exercises For The Synapses Of Our Neuron Cells.Catholic Meditation Is Divine Directional Meditation Based On The Frequency Of The Divine Consciousness Of Jesus. Rather Than Impersonal Mindful Meditation That Views The Physical Body As An Obstacle To Divine Consciousness, Catholic Meditation Views The Physical Body As Our Vehicle For Divine Consciousness. We Take Jesus As The Incarnation Of "The Glory Of Yahweh", Who Demonstrated Physical Through His Photon Explosion During His Physical Body's Glorification And Resurrection, That Our Body, Our Consciousness is Based On Divine Frequency. The Frequency Of Our Consciousness Is Based On Our Sense Of Sacredness. You Cannot Be In Life Without Eating And Drinking, That is The Reasoning Behind The Lord's Sacrifice. In The Short Run, This Is An Subtle Exercise Psalm For The Illumination And Exercise, Of The Synapes Of The Neuron Cells Of The Lobes Of Our Brains. In The Long Run, This Is For Exercising The Frequency Of Our Brain Waves, The Cultivation Of Our Sixth Sense, Our Sense Of Sacredness. This Asset Is Available To Those Of Us Who Participate In Our Lord, Jesus' Sacrifice, And Take For Granted Our Bodies Have Been Designed And Sign By Our Father To Be His Living Tabernacles. You Cannot Separate Meditation From The Tabernacle, The Way Of Sacred.Let Us Take Time To Breathe With Our Lord and The Rest Of His Family, Increase Our Oxigen, Become Invigorated, And Exercise Our Neuron Cells.Enjoy James
