04 29 26 Wednesday’s Sacramental Illumination Rosary, Most Eastern And Early Hebrew Beliefs

    30/04/2026 | 15 min
    Our Wednesday Sacramental Meditation
    Stems From The Reality
    That God
    Not Only Sustained Creation
    But Literally Entered His Creation
    From Within His Creation.

Most Eastern And Early Hebrew Beliefs
    Was That The Way God
    Sustains Creation
    Is That God’s Divine Consciousness
    Permeates All Matter.

    Creation Was Literally
    The Center Of God’s Mind.
The God’s Were Divine Personality Projections
    From The Mind Of God.

What Sets The Path Of Yahweh Different,
    Is That Yahweh
    Defines Himself In the Torah
As Not Only The Sustainer Of Creation
But Actively The Source Of Life,
And The Source Of The Y-Chromosome
    For Both Adam And Jesus.
When Yahweh Breathes Into The Dust Of The Earth
He Breathes Into Adam The Y-Chromosome.

From Then On No One Comes Into Life
    Unless The Life-Force
    Come From A Man.

    Until Jesus.

    For 2000 Years
    “The Glory Of Yahweh”
Cultivated Mankind Through Our Tribe Of Abraham,
    As A Divine Hologram
    From The Consciousness, The Mind,
    Of Yahweh.

    The Torah
Is The Description Of How Yahweh
    Designed, Cultivated, And Then Realized
His Family, With His Physical Incarnation.

2000 Years Ago After Cultivating Mankind For 2000 Years,
    “The Glory Of Yahweh”
Asked Our Virgin Mary For Her DNA,
    Her X-Chromosome,
    Then Breathed His Divine Y-Chromosome
    Into His Living Conscious Creation.

    On Pentecost
When The Glorified Physical Incarnation Of
    “The Glory Of Yahweh”
    Our Lord Jesus
    Breathed On His Disciples,
He Was Procreating His Family, His Church.

Our Aim Here Is To Cultivate
Our Physical Talents By Taking Time To Say Grace
As We Breathe His Holy Spirit.

04 26 26 Our Sunday Rosary of Devotional Breathing, Our Father’sDivine Templates,

    27/04/2026 | 10 min
    Brothers And Sisters Of Jesus
    Let’s Have Some Fun
Our Sunday Rosary Of Devotional Diaphragm Breathing,
Cultivating Our 6th Sense, Our Sense Of Sacredness.

    The Physical Incarnation Of
    “The Glory Of Yahweh”
    Our Lord, Jesus,
    Made Our Bodies, Our Father’s
    Divine Templates,
    His Living Tabernacles.

    When Jesus Said
“Someone Touched Me, for I Perceive Power
    Has gone Out From Me”

Jesus Was Expressing A Universal Truth
    About Our Creation.
We Are In The Current Of Life,
And The Current Is In Us.

    Our Sunday’s Meditation
Is To Exercise His Divine Current In Us.
Only We Can Cultivate Our Sense Of Sacredness
Just As Only We Can Feel The Rain On Our Bodies.

So Let’s Take Time For Some Personal Focus,
    Saying Grace As We Breathe,
    Breathing Devotionally.

    Our Jesus Diaphragm Breathing
Is Prayerfully Way Pacing Our Inhaling And Exhaling.

Cultivating Our Muscle And Synapsis Memory
    By Repeated Devotional Breathing.

Our Diaphragm Is Dome Shape Muscle
Separating Our Lungs From Our Abdomens.

This Diaphragm Breathing Or Belly Breathing,
    The Lowering Of Our Diaphragms,
    Expanding Our Upper Stomachs,
Increases The Oxygen Levels In Our Blood
By Maximizing The Amount Of Air Entering The Lungs.

    Prayerfully, Exercising Of Our Diaphragms
Stimulates Our Vagus Nerve That Travels Through Our Diaphragms,
This Reduces Stress by Lowering Our Heart Rates, Blood Pressure,
    And Cortisol Levels.

    On Our Exhale,
     Our Diaphragms Will Relax Back
    Into Their Dome Shape.

Again Our Sunday’s Devotional Diaphragm Breathing Rosary
Is About Setting Up This Pattern For Our Diaphragm Breathing,
Cultivating Our Muscle And Synapses Memory.

04 22 26 Wednesday’s Sacramental Illumination Rosary, Stems From The Reality

    23/04/2026 | 15 min
    Our Wednesday Sacramental Meditation
    Stems From The Reality
    That God
The Source Of Life, The Source Of The Y-Chromosome,
    Not Only Sustained Creation
    But Literally Entered His Creation
    From Within His Creation.

    The Physical Incarnation Of
    “The Glory Of Yahweh”
    Our Lord, Jesus,
Makes The Physical Body Of Man
The Divine Template Of Our Creator.
    The Physical Body Of Woman
The Divine Template Of Our Creation.

    “The Glory Of Yahweh”
The Source Of Life, The Source Of The Divine Y-Chromosome,
    Cultivated Mankind For 2000 Years
Through Our Tribe Of Abraham For His Eventual Physical Incarnation.

    Unlike The Creation Of Adam,
Covering Himself With The Unconscious Dust Of The Earth,
    “The Glory Of Yahweh”
    Asked Our Virgin Mary
    For Her Living DNA,
    Her X-Chromosome.

    So “The Glory Of Yahweh”
Could Incarnate Physically Into His Creation
    From With In His Creation.

    “The Glory Of Yahweh”
    Designed And Cultivate Mankind.
Then Realized Us With His Own Physical Incarnation.

    04 15 26 Wednesday’s Sacramental Illumination Rosary,

    16/04/2026 | 15 min
    Brothers And Sisters Of Jesus

    I Have Been Shortening
These Podcasts A Little So They Will Fit Better In Some Of These Podcast Formats.

    Our Wednesday Sacramental Meditation
    Stems From The Reality
    That God
The Source Of Life, The Source Of The Y-Chromosome,
    Not Only Sustained Creation
    But Literally Entered His Creation
    From Within His Creation.

Yahweh’s Signature Is In Our DNA
    And His “Glory Of Yahweh”
    Realized Our Bodies
    As His Immortal Vehicles.

    It’s The Same Now
As It Was During Jesus’s Life-Time.
The Hardest Thing For Men To Grasp
    Then And Now.
    Is That There Is God,
The Divine Current That Sustains Creation,
    And He Is So Omnipotent,
    He Can Focalize,
    Even Materialize,
And Then Self Sacrifice To Procreate
    His Family.

    We Know Our Bodies
    Are Designed By Our Father
    To Be His Living Tabernacles.

    Meditation
Is Giving Grace As We Breathe.
The Deeper You Go Into This Thought
    The Greater The Reward.

    Let’s Have Some Fun
    Cultivating Talents.

At First Our Devotion Diaphragm Breathing Will,
    Physically, Exercise Of Our Diaphragms
Stimulating Our Vagus Nerve That Travels Through Our Diaphragms,
This Will Reduces Stress by Lower Our Heart Rates, Blood Pressure,
    And Cortisol Levels.

Then Feeling His Breath Of Life
    Stimulating, Mentally And Physically,
Our Neuron Cells Of The Lobes Of Our Brains,
    Energizing Us.

    For Today
Let’s Just Enjoy Visualizing Each Lobe Illuminating
    One Lobe After Another.
Reinforcing Our Mental Image Of Their Locations,
Creating Our Muscle And Synapses Memory.

Acerca de Catholic Meditation with James

I Highly Recommend Not Listening To One Of Our Podcasts While Driving, These Are Internal Visualization Exercises, Exercises For The Synapses Of Our Neuron Cells.Catholic Meditation Is Divine Directional Meditation Based On The Frequency Of The Divine Consciousness Of Jesus. Rather Than Impersonal Mindful Meditation That Views The Physical Body As An Obstacle To Divine Consciousness, Catholic Meditation Views The Physical Body As Our Vehicle For Divine Consciousness. We Take Jesus As The Incarnation Of "The Glory Of Yahweh", Who Demonstrated Physical Through His Photon Explosion During His Physical Body's Glorification And Resurrection, That Our Body, Our Consciousness is Based On Divine Frequency. The Frequency Of Our Consciousness Is Based On Our Sense Of Sacredness. You Cannot Be In Life Without Eating And Drinking, That is The Reasoning Behind The Lord's Sacrifice. In The Short Run, This Is An Subtle Exercise Psalm For The Illumination And Exercise, Of The Synapes Of The Neuron Cells Of The Lobes Of Our Brains. In The Long Run, This Is For Exercising The Frequency Of Our Brain Waves, The Cultivation Of Our Sixth Sense, Our Sense Of Sacredness. This Asset Is Available To Those Of Us Who Participate In Our Lord, Jesus' Sacrifice, And Take For Granted Our Bodies Have Been Designed And Sign By Our Father To Be His Living Tabernacles. You Cannot Separate Meditation From The Tabernacle, The Way Of Sacred.Let Us Take Time To Breathe With Our Lord and The Rest Of His Family, Increase Our Oxigen, Become Invigorated, And Exercise Our Neuron Cells.Enjoy James
