Today’s Happy Hour Special: 🍹 Purple Rain      

Recipe by: Art of Drinks

·   1.5 ounces of vodka

·   1 ounce of blue curaçao

·   2 ounces of cranberry juice

·  2 ounces of pineapple juice

 

Instructions: In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, blue curaçao, cranberry juice, and pineapple juice. Fill the shaker with ice and give it a good shake for about 15 seconds.Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass filled with ice.

Today’s Happy Hour Special: 🍹 Cranberry-Lime Mocktail

Recipe by: Food Network

·   2 cups frozen cranberries

·   1 1/4 cups sugar

·   3/4 cup frozen limeade concentrate

·   1/2 cup fresh lime juice

·   Splash of seltzer water

 

Instructions: Combine the cranberries, sugar and 1 cup water in a medium saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Carefully smash the cranberries, then simmer the mixture until slightly reduced and dark red, about 10 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Strain the mixture into a heat-safe container, pressing on the cranberry solids to extract all the juice. Let cool for 30 minutes. Combine the cranberry syrup with the limeade and lime juice in a pitcher and stir well. Mix equal parts of the drink mix and seltzer. Serve over ice with cranberries and a lime slice.

Today’s Happy Hour Special: 🍹 Paloma Mezcalita

4 ounces mezcal

1 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice

1 1/2 ounces orange liqueur

2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice

 4 ounces grapefruit soda

 

Instructions: Rim two glasses with salt or Tajín. Add mezcal, lime juice, orange liqueur and grapefruit juice to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard. Strain over fresh ice in your prepared glass. Top each drink with 2 ounces of grapefruit soda per glass.

Today’s Happy Hour Special: 🍹 Dr. Pepper Margarita     

Recipe by Lauren Milovich (@thats.thespirits):

1 1/2 ounces tequila

1/2 ounce orange liqueur

3/4 ounce lime juice

1/2 ounce cinnamon syrup

1 ounce Dr Pepper

 Instructions: Rim a glass with cinnamon sugar and set aside. To a cocktail shaker, add tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, cinnamon syrup and ice. Shake to combine. Strain over the rimmed glass filled with ice, and top with Dr Pepper. Garnish with a lime wheel and maraschino cherry.

Today’s Happy Hour Special: 🍹 Tequila Aperol Spritz

1 cup tequila blanco

 2 1/2 cups Aperol

1 bottle sparkling rosé

1 cup sparkling soda water

 

Instructions: Add all ingredients into a pitcher and mix together. Pour approximately 8 ounces of the mix into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a strawberry, grapefruit wheel, edible flower, etc.
