Built as a monument to wealth and success, the Houghton Mansion in North Adams was meant to be a sanctuary. Instead, after sudden tragedy, whispered Masonic rituals, and decades of unexplained activity, it became something else entirely...a place where footsteps still echo, knocks still answer back, and the walls seem to remember far more than they should.
