Plus, Bills owner Terry Pegula got loose in a press conference yesterday where he confirmed his decision to fire Sean McDermott was based heavily on their playoff loss to the Broncos and Dan is concerned his reactionary decisions might turn off some prospective head coaching candidates. And Jay Skurski from the Buffalo News joins Dan to discuss why Pegula decided to have a press conference after all these years and where the team goes from here.
