January 19th: Janette Roberson's Body Found (1983)

Some cases seem to come to a halt before they ever really begin. On January 19th 1983 a woman was killed in a case that, from the very beginning, lacked a suspect and a motive. A case that, though active, has seen very little movement over the last few decades.
