Kirby is a space geek who followed his passion for the cosmos and earned a PhD in planetary geology. He now works as a research scientist for the NASA-funded Planetary Science Institute. Not content with just book knowledge, Kirby is also enthusiastically involved with space tourism, working as a zero-G coach and reseller for the Zero Gravity Corporation. His calling as a lifelong follower of Jesus is to seek God’s love and the power of the Holy Spirit, as well as to show off God’s glory through the lens of space exploration.

Breanna is a fifth-year PhD student in biochemistry and molecular biology at University of California Riverside. She studies the role of RNA-binding proteins in mosquito reproductive development, using CRISPR-Cas9 and RNAi technologies. Her aim is to work in genetic testing, helping cancer patients get personalized treatments. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and playing Dungeons and Dragons with her friends.
