I want to have a conversation with you about you. There is a lot that comes up as we are ending a year, ending a cycle. And whether you are someone who likes resolutions or not, there’s an almost automatic, or collective kind of resonance with the acknowledgement that we’re in a time of transition.There’s a lot that comes up in terms of reflection around where we are and where we're going. I’ve had several conversations about this in the last few weeks, and I’ve been very reflective about this within my own life. But then I thought about you, I thought about the podcast, and I want to have a conversation about this because when we get overwhelmed with thoughts of how and when life will unfold as we wish, this time can become kind of confusing and frustrating.We have this unconscious way of dealing with what we want to experience or express, and if we don't know how, it can cause some undercurrents of fear or worry.
