Markus Schulz presents Global DJ Broadcast

The final World Tour offering of 2024 sees Markus Schulz return to a city and venue he holds dear to his heart; continuing a tradition of welcoming Canadian Thanksgiving in the afterhours capital of the world, Stereo in Montreal. A weekend which began on the Saturday in Thailand, playing at the Transmission Festival in Bangkok, culminated in playing for over 12 hours from midnight past noon as Sunday night became Monday morning inside dance music's cathedral.   Hope you enjoy the highlights of the set. Throughout the Global DJ Broadcast calendar, Markus Schulz strives to go a step further by creating a selection fo specialist themed concept mixes; reflecting the broad palette of his sound. The newest of the seven themes is dedicated to the high tempo and uplifting feelings of trance, titled as Dream Sequence. Now in its fourth iteration, this particular concept returns to celebrate Thanksgiving and the beginning of the holiday season.   The mix is based around a selection of uplifting favorites from the regular studio shows across the past 12 months, extracted from Coldharbour and beyond, with a nod to the future.   Dream Sequence 2024 is only one of several attractions on offer from Markus and Global DJ Broadcast before the year ends. December will see a new World Tour stop live from Stereo in Montreal, along with a two-week overview of 2024 through the annual Year in Review. Markus Schulz finds himself in Los Angeles this week, preparing for the home edition of Dreamstate, and checks in with what is the final regular Global DJ Broadcast episode of 2024. On the show, he previews his In Search of Sunrise remix of the legendary Who.Is track We.Are, along with upcoming Coldharbour material from Daxson, Mike EFEX and ALAT. He also includes music from Omnia, Cristoph and Deadmau5 among others. In the second hour, Coldharbour debutant Milkwish joins for the guestmix.   Fans in Southern California can catch Markus performing live at Dreamstate on Friday, and as well as the main show, he will also play at the official afterparty as Dakota.
