Paragon Coffee and Espresso with Sasa Sestic

    22/11/2023 | 41 min

BEST MOMENTS‘80 to 90% of what we taste comes from the nose. ´
‘Sometimes we need 2 or 3 even 4 volatile compounds to give us a specific tasting note.’
