Teis Jorgensen is an applied behavioral scientist and design strategist with over ten years’ consulting experience spanning nonprofit, government, and private industry. He's worked at ideas42, a behavioral design consultancy, the Lab at OPM, a human-centered design agency embedded in the federal government and frog, the global design and innovation consultancy. It was at frog that Teis met Matt, and became his successor -- leading the global behavioral science practice as the Associate Director of Design Research and Behavioral Science. Teis has a passion for teaching, and has led courses in behavioral science, qualitative research and human-centered design, to over 600 professionals. Last year, Teis made a transatlantic move from DC to Copenhagen, where he advises clients in both the private and public sector. He’s passionate about qualitative field research, leveraging behavioral insights  to shape organizational strategy, and helping teams implement data-driven, human-centered approaches to innovation. He has an MS in Integrated Design and Managmement from MIT, and BA in economics from Harvard University.

William Mailer leads the Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s (CBA) Behavioural Science Centre of Excellence. This inter-disciplinary unit of behavioural scientists, technologists and mixed-method researchers works across CBA’s business lines to improve financial wellbeing outcomes for millions of Australians. The CBA team partners with leading research groups and practitioners around the world to produce impactful research and innovations in banking products and services. Prior to joining CBA, Will established and led the PwC Behavioural Economics team. He has over 20 years of consulting experience, and a MSc in Behavioural Economics from the Centre for Decision Research and Experimental Economics (CeDEx) in Nottingham, UK.

Passionate about driving meaningful change, He is a contributor to numerous publications, advises emerging startups, and runs the social club Abundance. Piyush is a social innovation leader with deep expertise in applied Behavioral Science. Currently he is Managing Director – Strategic Initiatives at Fifth Third Bank, focusing on designing and scaling the bank’s social impact initiatives. He served as Chief Innovation Officer and founding Executive Director at ideas42, where he helped transform it from a Harvard research initiative into an independent nonprofit tackling complex social issues. Piyush has led initiatives across finance, education, poverty, and healthcare. Earlier in his career, he was a partner at Oliver Wyman and has lectured at Princeton, Harvard, and Wharton. He holds degrees from the Harvard Kennedy School, the Wharton School, and the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and serves on multiple boards and global advisory councils.

Sameer Munshi is the Head of AI Simulation & Behavioral Science at EY.
Sameer’s teams have pioneered the use of advanced behavioral modeling to transform how organizations understand and influence human decision-making to accelerate growth.
During more than a decade at the global EY organization, Sameer has advised global leaders on transformation, product design, and client engagement. His current work centers on applying agentic artificial intelligence (AI) simulations that replicate human decision making, allowing firms to test strategies, model behavior, and evaluate outcomes before committing capital.
 He holds an MSc in Behavioral Science from the London School of Economics and an MBA from Cornell University.
