Kathryn has spent her 25-year career obsessing over a single question: Why do people do what they do? 

As Vice President on the Ipsos Behavioral Science team, she bridges the gap between deep academic insight and real-world business application. Kathryn helps clients across industries translate an understanding of nonconscious motivations into actionable go-to-market strategies that optimize innovation, communication, and design.

Her career spans both agency and client-side leadership, highlighted by a pivotal tenure building a Behavioral Science vision for a global Fortune 500 corporation. It was here that she transformed her passion for decoding behavioral drivers into a career-defining specialty.

From her early analytical roots at Target, IRI, and Kimberly-Clark to her current role as a senior scientist and Vice President at Ipsos, Kathryn’s mission remains constant: elevating the impact of marketing research through the lens of applied behavioral science.

Zarak Khan is a behavioral scientist with experience generating and applying insights to organizational strategy, innovation infrastructure, product design, and public policy.
Cited by McKinsey & Company as an "expert forging the future" of behavioral science, he divides his time across industry, academia, and philanthropy. Zarak leads behavioral science for a large, North American wealth management firm. He is also a Behavioral Science Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania, where he chairs the advisory board and teaches applied behavioral science consulting to graduate students. 
Zarak serves on the board of Bescy (formerly Action Design Network), a non-profit community of over twenty thousand practitioners and researchers interested in the ethical application of behavioral science around the globe. He graduated from Duke University's Sanford School with a Master of Public Policy degree.

Amy Bucher, Ph.D., is Chief Behavioral Officer at Lirio, where she designs AI-powered behavior change journeys to improve personal and population health. A recognized expert in applying the psychology of motivation to design, Amy was named one of Forbes’ Behavioral Scientists You Should Know. She is the author of Engaged: Designing for Behavior Change (Rosenfeld Media), a Kirkus‑selected favorite indie book of 2020.
Prior to joining Lirio, Amy was Vice President of Behavior Change Design at Mad*Pow, a strategic design consultancy, and has also worked at CVS Health in their Digital Innovation Lab and as a member of the Behavioral Science team at Johnson & Johnson. Amy earned her PhD and MA in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, and her AB magna cum laude in Psychology from Harvard University.

Peter McNally is a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he advises private, nonprofit, and public sector leaders on how to solve behavior change, people strategy, transformation, and social impact challenges.  

Prior to BCG, Peter was the founding Managing Director of the Center for Social Norms and Behavioral Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania. There, he worked with partners like UNICEF and the Gates Foundation to understand and develop interventions for large-scale behavioral challenges like gender-based violence, sanitation adoption, and corruption.

Peter holds an MBA from Chicago Booth, a Master’s in Behavioral and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania, and completed part of a PhD in psychology at Yale (pre-dissertation). He currently lives in Philadelphia with his wife, son, and beagle.

Ishaan is a Behavioral Scientist at Vanguard, where he applies behavioral science to business and product strategy to help retail investors make healthier financial decisions. His current work focuses on using behavioral insights to support investors in building well-diversified portfolios.
He’s a graduate of the MBDS program, Class of 2022 (Cohort 5), and before joining Vanguard, Ishaan worked as a Senior Human Capital Consultant at KPMG in Singapore. He completed his undergraduate studies at Haverford College, earning a BA in Psychology in 2018.
Outside of work, Ishaan enjoys playing tennis, cooking, and exploring Philadelphia in search of its best restaurants.
