The early 20th century was not a great time to be an animal. in the entertainment industry. There were no regulation about how an animal should be treated, which meant they lived in terrible conditions. When an  circus elephant named Mary decided to fight back, it would cost her life.

When Andrew Stankiewicz was brought to the hospital with gunshot wounds, his wife, Teresa Stankiewicz, and step-son, JonThomas Cloud, claimed someone tried to rob them. The problem was that the evidence did not match their story.

When Jessica Williams was found dead near the railroad tracks in Portland, Oregon, the investigation would lead to a group of kids who lived on the streets. It wasn't an isolated incident, though. It turned out these groups, referred to by the kids as families, had a long history of physical violence and Jessica would not be their only victim.

Dylan Rounds had a large piece of land in Utah to live out his dream of being an independent farmer. When he went missing on May 28th, 2022, everybody came out to search for him. It would turn out that the person responsible for Dylan's disappearance was right there helping the search.
