Start listening to what God says instead of the enemy by focusing on what God's word says instead of what your mind or the enemy says.

Pray and Ask God for Forgiveness

Rebuke the enemy

Start reading the Bible

Write verses down and post them around your house

Find a friend to talk to about how you feel

Make sure you are reading God's word in all seasons in life and when having big feelings to remind yourself of the truth.

If you have fallen off the prayer wagon its an easy wagon to jump back on to just reach out to God daily! This can be in your car, before bed, or even when you are at work.
