In this episode, I speak through the lens of exhaustion, softness, and truth — reflecting on the cycles that shape our lives and the fire of awareness that the Summer Solstice brings. I explore the natural rhythm of birth, death, and rebirth, and how transformation often feels less like becoming something new and more like dissolving what you never were. When your consciousness evolves, the world around you doesn’t necessarily change — your perception of it does. Every cycle, every moment, becomes an invitation to smooth out an energetic kink, to meet yourself more clearly, and to step closer to the Divine within.
