Based on the novel by John Steinbeck, it sees successive generations of two families in California destined to reenact the fateful story of Cain and Abel, and is streaming now on Netflix.

Starring Mikey Maddison, Jeremy Allen White and Jeremy Strong, it's a dramatisation of the 2021 Facebook leak by whistleblower Frances Haugen and investigative journalist Jeff Horwitz. It's scored by friend-of-the-show, Alexandre Desplat.
