Welcome to The Father's Day ep 2026! The episode where I pass the mic to you - Grief Gang community. This episode is one of my favourite styles to do. As always each year I put a call out to TGG community to respond to a select amount of prompts to tell the story and memory of their Dad. The responses are undoubtedly moving, connecting and beautiful. You'll hear in this ep written submissions read by host Amber and verbal contributions from the community sharing about their dad in their own words.

Grab a tissue, cuppa tea and a bit of chocolate. I hope this episode can provide a small glimmer of peace and comfort on an otherwise tricky day. Happy Father's Day to all your incredibly missed Daddios.

Hey gang!

It's been a minute (if you don't include the random episode drops I've done!) since I've done a podcast episode. I've taken a hiatus as I often do to regroup and gather my thoughts. A lot has gone down since the last season of TGG that came to an end in July last year. I'm really happy to be bringing the podcast back and in this episode I share how it's going to look moving forward! This episode is a catch up episode as well as a little reflection on a phrase that used to speak to me and my grief and well, now longer does. I'm keen to hear your thoughts!

Well, we're back from the trip of a lifetime. The first Grief Gang Getaway to Bali, Indonesia. If you have no idea what on earth I'm talking about, just listen to the episode, I explain in full how this trip came to be alllll the way through to the very end. An opportunity of a lifetime and one that will stay with me till I take my last breathe. I can't believe this is my life!

The Grief Gang podcast is back! It's been a minute hasn't it? To mark the return of the podcast, I thought there would be no better way than to do so with The Mother's Day episode. This is the episode where I pass the mic to you, the community. I've been doing this style of episode since the conception of Grief Gang in 2020. I took a little hiatus from 2024-2025 as life was just life-ing. But it feels really good to be back and to bring this episode back too!
