Robert turned his passions into a dynamic, global career. Between 1991 and 2005, he founded, developed, and sold media businesses across London, Los Angeles, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Boston. A 1986 Harvard graduate in U.S. History, his journey didn't stop there.
As a Fulbright Scholar at the National University of Singapore, he delved into Southeast Asian politics. He worked as a fund manager for Lazard Asia in Hong Kong, contributed news and travel articles to The Boston Globe and The Asian Wall Street Journal, and even traveled to all seven continents.In 2004, he co-founded BlueMassGroup.com, New England's leading independent political blog with over 1.25 million unique annual readers. He also authored Barack Obama for Beginners: An Essential Guide, a best-seller that became the most successful title in the history of its publisher.
With over a decade of teaching experience at Columbia University, he’s a recipient of the TOMS Core Faculty Fellow award for excellence in teaching.
