The definition of ATTENTION IS: the act or state of applying the mind to something. Attention filters into every single aspect of your life: Health, money, happiness, marriage, relationships and every other aspect of your life. If you find yourself somewhere that you don’t want to be in life it’s because that’s “where your attention is.” Want something different, then move your attention. In this episode I talk about mastering attention and how that applies to health, wealth and happiness. And, I talk about how MOST people keep their attention in the past and future and very few people live in the present moment. I also give you an example of how most are trapped in the past and future and don’t live from and for NOW.
