Your Mother Your Mother isn't quite the Blade film that everyone assumed it was. In fact this movie has more in line with Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai in that its a personal film about overcoming grief and dealing with Latif picking up the pieces of his family life amidst him being a hit man. The action that the movie does have is great and it works in line with the story. But this movie is way more about the drama than action. Its a movie that showcases everybody's talent.

Rouge bad ass cop Jack Cates and bank robber Reggie Hammond have 48 Hours to capture Albert Ganz, Hammond's old partner. Sound simple enough. Let's just hope this movie can create the buddy-cop genre, or at least make Eddie Murphy a star.

After years of post-production hell, we finally get to see the movie we all been waiting for...I mean, some of us were waiting for. This Resident Evil film represents the best way to go about doing an adaptation of a beloved franchise. We have a film that follows an average joe that ends up being in the bioterrorism chaos that is the Raccoon City incident. The movie is instantly relatable in that you're rooting for this guy to make it through all the trials and tribulations he endures. He's figuring things out as you would if you were playing a character in a video game. The scares and horror work very well from start to finish to where you end up wanting more. Definitely a solid film overall.
