In a world of deconstruction and doctrinal confusion it is common to feel spiritually disoriented, frustrated, and even desperate. Maybe your church experiences or personal failures have left you in despair before God. In this episode we look at three church fathers and how their lives and theology can help us stay anchored in troubled waters.

Spiritual Anxiety seems to be plaguing young adults. But why? Questions about authority, the essentials of our faith, and what holds us accountable are rising in importance amongst young believers. For some this is leading to ancient faith traditions, for others its leading to questions about the Bible, and for some it is leading to decontruction.

What happens when the things that are meant to bring you peace bring you anxiety instead? When church, God, the Bible, or prayer becomes a place of confusion rather than a place of clarity? Check out this series as we break down spiritual anxiety, doctrinal confusion, and how we can find assurance in Christ.
