We got the third hour started with Mr Mikes Kind of Easy Trivia. 
 
It was then time for Three Questions Too Many presented by Park Mazda.
 
Kevin Lowe was the final guest on today's show. He stopped by to touch on the importance of Cal Nichols and where this Oilers team would be if it weren't for him.
 
We finished the show like we always do with The Wrap from William Huff.

Darren Dreger was the first guest on today's show. We started by getting right into the passing of former Oilers owner Cal Nichols. He touched on the importance of his role for the Oilers staying in Edmonton. We then got into some Babcock talk, Dreger touched on the dynamic between him and the superstars of this team. We then shifted gears to discuss what the heck is going on in Detroit.
 
From there, we locked in our daily action with the Play Alberta Early Bird Bet of the day!
 
After that, we got into MMMMMM That's Good presented by The Italian Centre Shop. Are the Double E back? They certainly are. MMMMMM That's Good.
 
Mike Tanier capped off hour two with a full recap on NFL Week 1… and then previewed tonight's Monday nighter.

Eric is out of the building today, but stepping into the co-host chair to keep the hot takes flowing is none other than Wil Fraser! The fellas catch up on the weekend before diving headfirst into a massive Monday of sports chatter across the country!
 
Didn't take long before the boys jumped right into Morning Announcements for The Rundle Park Short Course to recap a good chunk of everything that happened in the world of sports from the weekend.
 
After the break, the fellas got into Offseason, What Offseason for GCL Diesel to discuss the passing of former Oilers owner Cal Nichols.

The final hour of The Nielson Show kicks off with Kinda Easy Trivia for MR MIKES before 3 Questions Too Many for Park Mazda! After that, Mike Garafolo joins us to discuss the upcoming NFL games and storylines around the league.
