Craig Button was the first guest on today's show. We started his hit with, you guessed it, some Olympic hockey. He gave his thoughts on team Canada's play, whether or not they exceeded his expectations, who he thinks will play for gold, and finished with some words on Canada's goaltending.

We caught up with Marshall Ferguson to wrap up hour two to discuss all things CFL Free Agency.

We are back with another edition of The Nielson Show! Canada wins, I repeat Canada wins! That was well worth the wait. Connor McDavid registered 3 apples in his Olympic debut, er route to a 5-0 victory over Czechia! The vibes are absolutely high on today's show. Dusty glazed about LeBron and then asked the boys if we'd be his valentine.
 
We then got into Morning Announcements to briefly touch on Canada's dominating performance yesterday.
 
After the break, we got into yesterday's game. YouTube Trev shared his thoughts on Canada's play. We then spun the wheel to determine the draft order for Tuesday's Olympic Draft.
 
To cap off hour one, we Cracked Some Packs Powered by Wayne's Sports Cards & Collectables. Some solid pulls today.

Bruce Boudreau was the first guest on today's show and the discussion was all Olympic talk! He gave his expectations for McDavid at the Olympics then touched on Wilson being on the first line with 97. He also gave his insight on the Americans and unlike Noodles, he isn't as worried about the Americans. He finished with his thoughts on the Oilers potentially bringing back Paul Coffey.
 
It was then time for the Play Alberta Early Bird Bet of the day.
 
In the middle of the hour we got into our beefs from the week. What are the boys beefing about today..?
 
Reid Wilkins finished off hour with his beef, the thoughts on team Canada playing Czechia today and the Olympic Games thus far!
