We got the third hour started with Mr Mikes Kind of Easy Trivia.    It was then time for Three Questions Too Many presented by Park Mazda.   It's Friday, which means it's the fan favourite Sobeys & Safeway Liquor Beer of The Week! This weeks beer of the week was provided by Taylor from Polyrhythm Brewing. We then previewed tonight's game presented by The GCL Diesel Orange & Blue Breakfast!    The boys finished off the show with The Wrap from William Huff.

Craig Button was the first guest on today's show. We started with his thoughts on the team Canada for this upcoming World Juniors. He then touched on team Canada's Olympic roster and who he would rather have on team Canada, Evan Bouchard or Matt Schaefer. He finished with some choice words on the Toronto Maples Leafs and the Vancouver Canucks.   It was then time for the Play Alberta Early Bird Bet of the day.   After the break we got into Weekly Confessions presented by Spectrum Rent All! Lots to confess from the boys today, especially YTT's.   To cap off hour two, James Duthie graced us with his time for the first time at EST. He told us about the release of his new book 'Certified Beauties.' He touched on a few of his favourite stories in his new book, then shed some light on his 49ers.

We are back with another edition of The Nielson Show coming your way this fine Tuesday morning. It's the final day of programming here at EST for the week and Matty and Jamo are here to get you through it. The fellas caught up, bantered. Then Matty laid out the show.   We then quickly touched some Morning Announcements to recap all the sports action from last night.   Today is Festivus, which is when people air their grievances. Nasties, what are some of your grievances? This led to plenty of drive thru talk.   To finish off hour one we got Fired Up for Gemco Fireplaces. Lots to be fired up about on this chilly Tuesday morning.

He started with his weekend update. Then it was all Oilers talk. He touched on Connor Ingrams play from last night and what to expect from him going forward. Touched on Tristan Jarry's injury and what are Gager's thoughts on one of the newest Oilers Spencer Stastney.   The boys finished off the show with The Wrap from William Huff!   

Darren Dreger was the first guest on today's show. He started with his thoughts on the Oilers goaltending situation, specifically touching on Connor Ingram's Oilers debut. He then touched on the Oilers win and what this team could look like when fully healthy. He then gave some love for one of the best to ever do it, Sidney Crosby and finished with his thoughts on the future of the Sabres.   It was then time for the Play Alberta Early Bird Bet of the day.   After the break we quickly touched on MMMMMM That's Good presented by The Italian Centre Shop. What's good today is we're finally getting more sunlight as yesterday was the Winter Solstice, Connor Ingram's good story and McDavid leading the league in NHL scoring again.   Mike Tanier capped off hour two with his thoughts on all the major headlines from NFL Week 16 as well as previewing tonight's Monday nighter.
