The Nielson Show

We got the third hour started with Mr Mikes Kind of Easy Trivia.    It was then time for Three Questions Too Many presented by Park Mazda.   It's Thursday, which means it's time for another edition of Scalding Hot Takes!   Near the end of the final hour it was time for a Marmot Basin Snow Report! Plenty of snow coming at Marmot these days.    The boys finished off the show with The Wrap from William Huff! 

Bruce Boudreau was the first guest on today's show! He came by like he always does with lots of laughs and plenty of stories. He then touched on the Oilers not being able to win three games in a row, the Oilers goaltending situation and Curtis Lazar's play as of late. We then went around the league with Bruce on all the latest.   It was then time for the Play Alberta Early Bird Bet of the day.   We then got into I Got Beef after the break. What are the boys beefing about today???   Reid Wilkins capped off hour two with some laughs, his beef and some Oilers talk!

We've got another Oilers game day coming at you this evening, only this time it's at Rogers Place as the Oilers are back home to host the Islanders! We start the show with lots of laughs, a YTT hair update and by reading texts starting with 'It's So Windy.'   We then did a quick recap on all the action from last night in the world of sport which was a pretty quiet night.   The Oilers are hosting a game tonight, which means it was time for another legendary edition of Tales of The North!   We finished hour one by getting Fired Up for Gemco Fireplaces! Today we're fired up about the size of the Olympic jumbotron and the idea of the CFL expanding to 10 teams!

It took a while to get into the Oilers discussion as we started by discussing moisturizing cream and charcuterie boards… Then we got into last night's game starting with how it finished. We then got his thoughts on the Oilers goaltending situation.   Near the end of the final hour it was time for a Marmot Basin Snow Report! Plenty of snow coming at Marmot these days.    The boys finished off the show with The Wrap from William Huff! 

Jamie McLennan was the first guest on today's show. He gave his initial thoughts on last night's game starting with Jarry and the eventual OT winner. This then led to plenty of Oilers  goalie discussion. We then touched on Jake Walman returning to the Oilers lineup last night, the Maple Leafs turning things around and how important goaltending is in today's NHL.   It was then time for the Play Alberta Early Bird Bet of the day.   After the break we got right into Free Advice for Damon Bunting! Today, the nasties were giving Dusty advice on what to order from Popeyes after winning his bet against Tommy and Hernan!   Like always, Eric Macramalla capped off hour two with the same old shenanigans.
