Greg Wyshynski was the final guest on today's show. He released his boldest predictions heading into the season… so we touched on his take regarding the Oilers heading into the season. Can Nuge centre his own line and what are some of his other hot takes around the league?

TSN Hockey Analyst Jamie "Noodles" McLennan kicked off today's show to share his early impressions of head coach Mike Babcock following his initial media availability. Next, he analyzed the Oilers' blue line, discussing potential top-pair partners for Evan Bouchard. Dustin Nielson and the fellas hit the desk to dissect a wild night in sports and get you set for a huge Tuesday lineup. First up, the boys break down Monday Night Football in the NFL, where the Los Angeles Rams gave it to the Giants. We then touched on the Jays absolutely blowing it. This was for Morning Announcements for Haddies Golf Shop.
 
After the break we got into The Fan Zone for Northern Gauge. In this segment we played both McDavid and Babcock's media avails from yesterday… and we shared our thoughts on what they had to say. This brought us to the end of the hour.

TSN Hockey Insider Darren Dreger led off today's show, kicking things off with a spot-on Mike Babcock impression before diving into the top headlines across the league. Dregs weighed in on Connor McDavid topping TSN's Top 50 Players list for a remarkable 10th consecutive year, before analyzing the signing of Alex Formenton and why he ultimately landed in Edmonton. Finally, he broke down whether head coach Mike Babcock will deploy McDavid and Leon Draisaitl together on the same line, and how much stock fans should actually put into early exhibition results.

Chris Streveler got the second part of hour two going with his initial thoughts on the Elks streak being snapped against the Argos on Saturday. We then got his thoughts on all the other games that transpired from CFL Week 16, including the Red Blacks falling… again.
 
Our final guest of hour two was Mike Tanier. He stopped by for a full recap on NFL Week 2, hitting on all the major takeaways from the weekend.
