We got the third hour started with Mr Mikes Kind of Easy Trivia. 
 
It was then time for Three Questions Too Many presented by Park Mazda.
 
Joaquin Gage was the final guest on today's show. We first got his thoughts on the NHL's current playoff format and whether or not he would like it to be changed. He finished with his thoughts on the Oilers most recent loss to the Golden Knights, who he would most like the Oilers to play in the playoffs and DeBoer being named new head coach for the Islanders.
 
We finished the show like we always do with The Wrap from William Huff.

Darren Dreger was the first guest on today's show and we got right into the hockey talk with him starting with the Islanders firing Roy and hiring DeBoer. Why now and was this the right call? Dreger had all the answers. Tortorella has been behind the bench for the Golden Knights for just over a week now, Dreger touched on why this is working so well for them. We then got into the Oilers discussion. Dreger touched on the absence of both Hyman and Draisaitl and how that's starting to affect the team… We finished with Dreger's thoughts on the Leafs officially being eliminated from the playoffs.
 
It was then time for the Play Alberta Early Bird Bet of the day.
 
After the break, it was time for MMMMMM That's Good presented by The Italian Centre Shop. What was good for Lt. Eric today was his weekend trip to Jasper. We also briefly touched on the Oil Kings forcing game 7 after a double OT win over the Blades last night.

The boys are back in the lab for a massive Monday edition of The Nielson Show! First off, a huge Happy Easter to all you nasties—we hope the long weekend was top-tier.
 
Dusty is officially "day-to-day" this morning, so the legendary Dave Jamieson is sliding into the captain's chair to help steer the ship. We got right into recapping everyone's weekends and getting into Morning Announcements to recap all that transpired over the weekend.
 
After the break, we dove right into our good, bad and ugly from the weekend.

It's another edition of The Lock Shop as Glue Guy hops on the program alongside Hustler to break it all down! The fellas will recap everything from yesterday's action around the National Hockey League, hitting on the biggest storylines and results.
Then it's all about tonight's slate, with both the Edmonton Oilers and Winnipeg Jets in action in what are shaping up to be crucial games as the playoff race heats up.
