‘Kind of Easy Trivia’ presented by Mr. Mikes kicked off our third hour and Big G nailed it. It turns out LT.E was a wrestler and we found that out in ‘Three Questions Too Many’ presented by Park Mazda. Just before the sports update the boys got ‘Fired Up’ presented by Gemco. Coming out of it Gager jumped on to judge ‘Hot Takes’ presented by The Ranch after some questions about last weeks ruling. ‘Beer of the Week’ presented by Sobeys & Safeway Liquor moved to Thursday for Easter and it was welcomed to the change with a Summer taste. To close out the show, the ‘Snow Report’ presented by Marmot Basin was covered and then of course ‘The Wrap’ presented by Willam Huff.

The Nielson Show - April 17th, 2025 - Hour 2
The hour started with the 24’ playoff song then we swung into ‘The Fan Zone’ presented by FansFirst and got a feel for what the fans expect this series to look like along with the boys outlook for the whole first round. Then the boys aired out some things in ‘I got Beef’ for Acme Meats, mostly the Sunday-Monday split. And quickly before the sports update the fellas hit the ‘Hot Line of the Day’ presented by Coolbet. Starting the second half of hour two, Bruce Boudreau for Pro Am Sports joined the boys to talk Oilers vs Kings, other first round matchups and some wrestling. The new playoff song debuted just before Reid Wilkins jumped on to bring a taste of ‘The Reid Wilkins Show’ to our morning, finishing the second hour.

The boys told some stories to start the final show of the week before touching on first and last names on the ‘The Morning Announcements’ presented by 100.3 The Bear. Out of the sports update the conversation kept up before we dove into The Morning After Show and did you know Stu posted a 0.00 GAA?! And to finish the first hour the boys got some baseball cards in ‘The Crack Pack’ presented by Wayne’s Sports Cards.

The Nielson Show - January 16th, 2025 - Hour 3
The third hour, Michael joined the program to crush ‘Kind of Easy Trivia’ presented by Mr. Mikes. Dusty then took everyone on an office tour to check out Zach’s pop situation. Once the boys sat down together they answered ’Three Questions Too Many’ presented by Park Mazda and ran through ‘The Orange & Blue Breakfast’ presented by GCL Diesel as the Oilers finish the season in San Jose. After the sports update Greg Wyshynski from ESPN jumped on to talk a bit of wrestling, the Nurse suspension, the Oilers playoffs outlook as well as the rest of the leagues playoffs. Once Greg left we got the top 10 names for Dusty’s best friend bachelor style show in the ‘Weekly Rankings of Power’ presented by LT.E. Next the boys did the ‘Snow Report’ presented by Marmot Basin and finished with ‘The Wrap’ presented by William Huff.

Starting the second hour, hockey insider, Jamie McLennan joined the boys for Pro Am Sports to talk about the Nurse cross-check, the Oilers roster for a playoff run, Darcy Kuemper and the battle of Ontario. Before the sports update Dusty broke down some betting lines for Coolbet’s ‘Hot Line of the Day.’ After the update, the boys gave you some ‘Free Advice’ for Dusty’s personal friend, Damon Bunting. Rounding out the hour the boys welcomed legal analyst Eric Macramalla to the program presented by Park Mazda and after finding out about fridges in cars, we talked some East coast hockey.
