An absolute atomic bomb has just dropped on the City of Edmonton, and the offseason is officially in complete meltdown mode. The Nielson Show is live on Edmonton Sports Talk, and while Dustin Nielson is away today, the powerhouse Wil Fraser steps into the captain's chair alongside Lieutenant Eric and YouTube Trev for a truly wild Friday morning broadcast!
 
The fellas start the show by catching up as it's been a minute since they've spoke on the EST airwaves. Lt. Eric then laid out the show, then we got into Morning Announcements for the Rundle Park Short Course to recap all the sports action from last night.
 
After the break, we got into YouTube Trev's trade of the day. Trev would absolutely sign off on this trade, the nasties, not so much.
 
We capped off hour one like we always do on a Friday's show, by Cracking Some Packs powered by Wayne's Sports Cards & Collectables.

We got the third hour started with Mr Mikes Kind of Easy Trivia.
 
It was then time for Three Questions Too Many presented by Park Mazda.
 
We haven't had some Scalding Hot Takes in a while, thank god the Oilers gave us plenty of ammo this week.

Former Oiler Luke Gazdic was our first guest on today's program, and it couldn't have been a more perfect day to get a former player's perspective. We went straight into the deep end on the ongoing Mike Babcock saga. After the break, it was time for Offseason, What Offseason presented by GCL Diesel! More news broke yesterday involving the Mike Babcock saga which Dusty had a few things to say on this. Do the Oilers even have a plan?
 
We then got into YouTube Trev's trade of the day. Surprisingly he actually won some nasties over. We capped off hour one by getting Fired Up for Gemco Fireplaces. Today, Dusty was fired up about his daughter the muzz making an unreal stop last night in net. A conch to the muzz!
