Former NHLer Jamie McLennan joined the show out of the gate to break down a chaotic day in Edmonton. We started with Noodles' initial reactions to the Oilers locking up Connor Murphy and Jason Dickinson. From there, we turned our attention to today's massive media availability, where Mike Babcock is expected to be introduced as the next head coach. What does the term look like on a Babcock deal? With these roster moves locked in, what is Stan Bowman's next play—and what would a realistic return look like in a Darnell Nurse trade? Plus, we head out East to look at the fallout in Ottawa after the blockbuster Brady Tkachuk trade, and whether the Florida Panthers have the chips to pull off a deal for Connor Hellebuyck.

The boys are hitting the microphones on an absolute whirlwind of a Tuesday. The hockey world is spinning on its axis, but the absolute shockwave of the morning didn't even happen on the ice. We are tracking a sports landscape that just got completely turned upside down.
 
The fellas start off the show with the same old shenanigans, Dusty laid out the show and then we got into Morning Announcements for Haddies Golf Shop to recap all the major headlines from yesterday in the world of sport.
 
After the break, we got into YouTube Trev's trade of the day. YouTube Trev is a GM for the Nasties. You spoke and he listened. Today's trade is for the nasties… and they still didn't like it.
 
We finished hour one by getting Fired Up for Gemco Fireplaces! Dusty is not Fired Up about this year's class of Hall Of Famers… which he is ironically fired up about.

We got the third hour started with Mr Mikes Kind of Easy Trivia. 
 
It was then time for Three Questions Too Many presented by Park Mazda.
 
Former Oilers netminder Joaquin Gage closed out today's show in classic Gager fashion! Before hitting the ice with his hockey takes, he gave the boys an unexpected, highly educational breakdown on the inner workings of household sump pumps. Once the basement was dry, we dove straight into the Oilers' weekend headlines. Gager shared his raw analysis on the Jason Dickinson extension and officially slapped a letter grade on the five-year deal. From there, he gave his unfiltered thoughts on the looming arrival of Mike Babcock behind the Edmonton bench. Finally, the former goalie reacted to the earth-shattering blockbuster out East, analyzing how the Florida Panthers landed Brady Tkachuk and trying to figure out where the Ottawa Senators possibly go from here.

After the break, we quickly went around the room to touch on the Oilers signing Dickinson and then got right into the CFL talk starting with Justin Rankin's dominance to start the season. We recapped all the other games in the CFL as well.
