'Berlin-based producer and live artist Kenji Tanaka returns to Intumi Records with Swap, a concise statement of deep, hypnotic techno shaped by movement, tension, and subtle detail.

The title track Swap is built around an uncompromising groove. Minimal in structure yet rich in momentum, it unfolds with precision, locking into a hypnotic flow that never lets go.
Sume shifts into more introspective territory. Ethereal textures and spacious harmonics drift over a steady pulse, creating a dreamlike atmosphere while maintaining a strong connection to the dancefloor.
For the remix, Sacha Ketterlin takes Sume into new territory. Broken beat rhythms, open space, and a beautifully understated melody transform the original into a cinematic interpretation that feels both delicate and powerful.

Durango is the debut full-length album by Mexican producer Trip Tease, an eleven-track record built slowly through a sequence of singles before arriving as one complete body of work. Rather than presenting a collection of disconnected club tracks, the album is conceived as a continuous listening environment: warm, tactile and cinematic, with each piece opening onto a different interior landscape.

Across the record, organic house rhythms meet lo-fi texture, melodic electronics and downtempo pacing. The production is patient and detailed. Analog synthesizers, soft percussion, field-like ambience and restrained harmonic movement are allowed to breathe, creating a sound that feels intimate without becoming fragile and expansive without becoming overstated. The music moves through sun-faded warmth, suspended moments and quiet euphoria, balancing dance-floor language with the emotional continuity of an album.

Singles including Jaguar, Ambiental and Morado introduced different points within this world. Jaguar established the album's physical and melodic centre; Ambiental opened its most spacious, reflective side; and Morado pushed the project toward a deeper, duskier colour. Heard together, the tracks reveal a broader arc shaped by memory, travel and the sensation of moving through places that are both real and imagined.

Durango is also a statement about process. Performance, arrangement and sound design are treated as one language. Small changes in texture carry as much weight as obvious drops, and instrumental details remain present throughout the record. The result is a debut album that resists a single functional category while remaining coherent: an electronic record for clubs, headphones, long drives and slow transitions between day and night.

About the artist:
Trip Tease is a Mexican electronic music project centred on atmosphere, melody and live musicianship. Its sound moves between organic house, lo-fi warmth, downtempo and cinematic electronic production without reducing the project to a single club genre. Synthesizers, arrangement and tactile studio performance are central to the identity of the work, while visual language and music are developed as parts of the same world. Durango brings those elements together in the project's most complete statement to date.
