Muster In Mercia | Fantasy Wargame Podcast

In this episode, we cover the Vendetta At Venator, our largest tournament to date on the Great British Hobbit League calendar for the Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game.
Designed as the ultimate yearly grudge match, this 690-point unrestricted event brought together 26 players for four intense rounds of competitive play. With the recent release of Armies of Middle-earth, players were encouraged to bring their strongest lists and the level of competition absolutely delivered.
We break down:
- How the event played out across the day- Standout armies and key moments- Player experiences and reactions- Best Painted highlights- And who ultimately claimed the Vendetta Cup
Recorded at Venator Gaming, this episode gives a full insight into both running and playing in a GBHL-level event, and what makes the MESBG community so strong.
