Arguably the biggest fight (and let's be honest there are a lot of fights) within the hunting community is the use of euphemistic terms to potentially lessen the impacts of words. The biggest euphemism utilized is using harvest vs. kill. Is it truly a cop-out? Should we be changing our language depending on the audience we are talking to? Are we apologizing for being hunters and what we do when we change terms?
