The Dark Mirror…Flesh Eater Courts Battletome Review – Episode 175
The dark reflection of reality is here...cannibal courts! Something here for just about everyone. Quite a bit more excited about this Battletome than the last one...Dan might be playing "how to train your (zombie) dragon" in the near future! Strong traits, warscrolls, artifacts, lores...the whole package with several ways to play. One for two with the Armies of Renown, and the knight focused army is the clear winner. Dave introduces us to the newest faction in Horus Heresy...Daemons of the Ruinstorm! Never a dull moment on the Cube...

Despair Is In The Air…Nighthaunt Battletome Review – Episode 174
Despair is in the air...time to review the new angry ghost book. Although not thrilled with what we got, we still try to stay positive and look for solutions...which will be a challenge for sure. That being said, Brendan talks about a unit that he feels is a huge mistake...listen to find out which one! Very fun rules change for Lady O...she is nigh near unkillable and may be the only unit you still have on the table at the end of some games! Anchors away...it's boat people time! While Brendan if off doing stuff that needs doing, Dave and I take you on a journey through the clouds with everyone's favorite flying Duardin. Neither of us was excited to review this book, but the more we dived in, the more we enjoyed it. By the end of the review, we agreed that this is a solid, if inconsistent, book. One of the Regiments of Renown was of interest to all three of us, and we'll see how many times it appears in the wild. In Liber Nordtrumus, Dave walks us through the non-Space Marine factions in Heresy for those that might be interested in a few more options.
