The Hillbilly Heist! Ocean's 7/11! Another Steven Soderbergh movie that is criminally underrated, underseen, and underappreciated. This time, we are discussing his 2017 Ocean's Eleven but in the South, Logan Lucky!

We have a backlog of episodes that we need to put out that we haven't yet! This week, we are discussing Christopher Nolan's most popular movie? This generation's 2001: A Space Odyssey? The Science Fiction film that will define the genre for decades to come? Crazy how you could say this about a few of his movies!

Hell or High Water, Wind River, Sicario.......Sicario 2.......Those Who Wish Me Dead......Without Remorse.......are just some of the works from auteur and totally not Hollywood weirdo Taylor Sheridan! Join us, fellow Republicans (just kidding; we are good people), as we discuss another movie from one of the most important people in Hollywood and his movie Hell or High Water! This also wasn't directed by Taylor Sheridan but rather David McKenzie (you should watch Starred Up), but the Sheridan ecosystem consumes all of his movies.

Do you remember that first episode of Film Frauds Recommends when we rewatched movies we thought were good, and then turned out to be just pretty mediocre? Well, not here! With Christopher Nolan's cinema-saving The Odyssey coming out soon, we thought we would recommend the progenitor Sword and Sandals FX/TNT re-run iconic Troy (2004) directed by Wolfgang Peterson!

This time, we journey into the deep recesses of space, repressed emotion, studio interference, and last but not least, masculinity in James Gray's 2019 semi-hit semi-not a hit semi-not even James Gray's science fiction film, Ad Astra. When did we record this episode? Don't ask those silly questions...but it was a bit ago.
